Starter – kick the tires

Free to start, with no credit card required. Includes a one-time allowance of 5 pages for PDF and DOCX plus 1,000 characters for Excel, and 10 free pages when you add your phone number. You also get OCR for scanned PDFs, the top 20 languages, and PDF & DOCX upload.

Flex – pay only when you translate

Pure pay-as-you-go with no commitment, billed per use. Document translation is ₹60 per page for PDF and DOCX, and ₹0.02 per character for Excel. Flex includes everything in the free Starter tier, all 60+ languages, and email support with a 24-hour response.

Pro – save with a monthly plan

A monthly subscription at ₹35,000 per month, or ₹28,000 per month billed annually, covering up to 100,000 words per month. Pro is coming soon. It adds everything in Flex plus a full CAT tool and in-context editor, glossary management, team collaboration for 10 seats, and priority support with a 4-hour response.

What counts as a word?

We count source words — the language you upload, before translation. Numbers, dates, and tags don’t count. The full breakdown lives on every invoice.

What happens if I exceed my plan?

We never block your work. Overage is billed at the same per-word rate as your plan, or you can top up in 50K-word blocks at any time.

Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the portal in two clicks. Annual plans receive a prorated refund for the unused months.

How is human review different from AI?

Auto = AI only. Reviewed = a linguist polishes the AI output. Premium = full human pipeline (translator + editor + proofreader). Mix them per project.

Is my data secure? Where is it stored?

ISO 27001 compliant. Data lives in your region (India, EU, US). Files are encrypted at rest and in transit. NDAs and DPAs available on request.

When do I need Custom vs Pro?

Custom unlocks human-in-the-loop, video/audio, dedicated PMs, custom integrations, and procurement-ready paperwork (NDA/MSA/SLA).
